Through the beautiful story of a young shepherd boy named Santiago, we are taught universal lessons of listening to our hearts and following our dreams. In this new book club coaching course, we will join Santiago on his remarkable journey and dive into the lessons together. We will go through the various themes in the book, apply them to our own lives, and create plans to help follow our own dreams and desires.

We will create a plan to help you continuously move through the various blocks that can come up on your movement journey.

You will receive tools to help with movement motivation and learn how to track measurements that matter. No more counting calories, reps, and steps.
